It's weeks like this I have to look back and wonder why the trail fell of the tracks.
Let's start with what I didn't do:
- I didn't exercise
- I didn't track my food
- I didn't drink enough water
Building new, good habits isn't easy. It's okay that I don't get this healthy stuff right out of the gate. So I need to pick myself up, brush myself off and keep going.
