Well the 7-hour sleep must have been a fluke. Last night was a 5-hour stretch followed by a 3-hour stretch. Can’t complain tho…that is still pretty good.
Around 10am, Munchkin and I headed to Stage West to reserve our tickets for “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” and “Rocky Horror Picture Show”. We got gift certificates for Saturday dinners, but we booked Sunday matinees with $125 left over for next season. Now we just have to get a babysitter for those days!
Then we headed home as Munchkin was ready to eat. She didn’t settle down so I put her in the bjorn and, of course, she feel asleep. When she woke up, I fed her and then we headed out for a walk. It was a nice day. Strange to have a smog alert in February…probably shouldn’t have taken her out. Oh well.
After Hubby got home from work, we headed out to pick up the shoes that I won on E-bay. They are so cute!
It will be a few months before Munchkin can wear them. They looked so small when I picked them up. But when I held them near her feet, I realised how small her feet still are.
When we got home, Hubby and Munchkin napped. It was nice to have a few minutes to myself. Didn’t do much this evening… Hubby showed me how to do some stuff in Photoshop and I folded laundry. Woo hoo.
Tomorrow is going to be a fun day. Every year we go tobogganing for Jeremy’s birthday and then have dinner with his family. This will be the first time that they will see Munchkin. Jeremy’s brother has 2 kids and I haven’t met the youngest one yet. Last year at this time we were in Trinidad.
