Since my girls aren’t angels all the time (I know, hard to believe, right?), I decided to get some free, professional advice. (And free is always good!)
Not only did it open my eyes to some new ideas but it actually supported a few of the things we already do with the girls. For example, letting them pick out their clothes from a few choices I’ve prepared. This helps cut down on the time it takes to get ready and lessens the number of times i have to say “that doesn’t match”!
Andrea recommended a book: “Positive Discipline” by Jane Neslen. I picked it up from the library today and when I’ve finished reading it, I’ll do my first book review!
Stay tuned!
