the first step is admitting you have a problem

August 19, 2008 by Wendy S

Hi. My name is MG. I have a problem with my body.

And I’m going to do something about it!

My SIL has been telling me about Weight Watchers but I don’t have the extra cash right now so I had to find something free. Yesterday I signed up for a free account with SparkPeople.com. This is a site where I can track what I eat, how much exercise I do, my weight and my measurements.

And on day one I ate more calories than I was supposed to. Ugh.
And didn’t do any exercise. Ugh x 2.

I know that I have a lot of work to do but I’m not setting any weight loss target goals. My initial goal is to see what I’m doing wrong and change my eating habits with a conscious effort to try to do some exercise. If I push my self too hard to quickly, I know that I will get frustrated and give up.

If you wanna help me (or just laugh at me), check out my page: http://my.sparkpeople.com/MAPSGIRL75
