I did it! I really did it!
I got workout DVDs from the library, I put one in the dvd player and jumped around like an uncooridnated fool for 25 mintues. In then end I was tired and sweat…so I guess it was a success!
For the last 9 days, I have been traking my food and water intake at SparkPeople.com. I have been able to increase the number of fruits and vegitables I eat, increase the amount of water I drink and I’ve brought down the number of calories per day.
After 1 week of watching what I eat and drinking lots of water, I’ve lost 4 pounds!!
As of 1 hour ago, I started tracking my fitness.
I’m not sure what the mental block was that stopped me from pressing play before was, but I’m glad its gone.
I FEEL GREAT!
Oh, and SparkPeople.com has a blogging feature too, so I’m blogging more about my new healthy habits over there. And there’s a neat feed thingy over there so you can see when I post ———–>
But I know that you all will just add my new blog to your blog readers becuase you’re not going to want to miss a second!
