someone pinch me

July 9, 2010 by Wendy S

sat at my computer all morning tweeting about the 12pm ticket release.    I was nervous.

Then at 11:57am I switched to the registration page and kept hitting refresh.  When the quantity drop-down box appeared, my hands started to shake. I clicked “1”.

Filled out the registration information.  It flipped to Paypal.  I logged in and confirmed payment. Moments later my Paypal confirmation email came.  Then the one from BlissDom events arrived.  It was official.

I’m going. Me. Little me and my little blog are going to…

blissdom canada

I can’t believe it!

Since this is the first time that BlissDom is in Canada, the early bird tickets sold out in a matter of minutes. I was fortunate enough to get one of those.

After getting my ticket, I jumped back in on Twitter and tweeted:

Blissdom Status

I also wanted to see who else got tickets.  There will be many people that I will meet for the first time and many people whom I’ll get to hang to with again.  (If you’re going, please let me know by commenting.)

This will be my first blog conference. I have so much to learn.

Someone pinch me.
