Shout Go Play initiative & Product Review

October 31, 2010 by Wendy S

This post is in connection with Growing Tree Toys learning toys and the Shout Go Play initiative. They sent me free products to review.

Shout knows play is so much more than fun and games. Studies show that unstructured play helps kids build fundamental skills like problem solving, coping, and conflict resolution. In other words: play is how kids become happy, healthy adults. Fall has arrived with crisp, cool air and new reasons to go out and play. So, let your kids take that rewarding jump into a pile of leaves. Take at trip to the park and watch their imaginations run free. The one thing you won’t do is worry about their clothes; play should get messy and Shout can help.

Running and playing outdoors is so much fun for the girls, that Shout is already so much apart of my laundry routine. Normally I use the trigger bottle. But the Shout Advanced Ultra Gel has a scrubber top that helps you scrub out the stain. It’s perfect for grass stained knees!

Fall is a fun time at our house.  The girls got plenty dirty while doing the yard work.  The love helping with raking the leave… though I think they spend more time jumping in them.

Be sure to visit Shout’s wall on Facebook and share your fun fall activities!

If you’re looking for other fun fall activities be sure to check out 52 Activities in Nature. A series of 52 cards  describing 52 games, activities and art projects for children to do in nature.

I also got to try the Shout Color Catchers which are very cool!

I put them in a load that had 2 new purple shirts in them know that the colour was bound to run.  The colour catcher sheet came out very purple and everything else wasn’t.  With the amount of pinks and purples in our landry, It’s nice to to know the rest of our clothes don’t have to be!

Now the girls can run, jump and play with ease…and my laundry will be easy!
