Chicken Famers have great ideas Holiday entertaining #chickendotca

December 24, 2012 by Wendy S

With Christmas around the corner, I know our lives are going to be very busy!  It will be filled with visits with family and friends, and a LOT of eating!
One of the things that I have loved about working with the Chicken Famers of Canada is that I’ve gotten a chance to really look through their Recipes pages on their website.  There are so many amazing ideas on there!
Recipes to help with your holiday planning
I suggest you check out these categories:

Appetizers, Breakfast (or Brunch), Casseroles & Slow Cooker

Many of these recipes you can make ahead of time and/or are perfect for a larger party!

Here are some of my favourtites!

Appetizer :
Chicken Satay With Spicy Peanut Sauce

Breakfast:
Chicken and Cheese Breakfast Muffins

Casserole:
Moroccan-style Ground Chicken & Couscous

Slow Cooker:

Easiest Ever Southwestern Dinner

Appetizer:
Fab Fajita Sliders

The Fajita Sliders truly are Fab!!  Craig and the girls really enjoyed them.

With only a few simple ingredients and one bowl, they are super easy to make!

Click here to print the recipe!
I hope these ideas help to make your holiday’s a little easier!
