- house repairs are moving forward
- “Call before you dig” people are coming in the next 5 days to mark where everything is
- digging should start April 27th
- they will be fixing the foundation, regrading the front yard, extending the down spouts and cleaning the eavestroughs

- they have been fixing the roof of my office building for the last week.
- Today it’s very noisy
- last few days have been very stinky due to the tarring of the flat roof.
- last weekend we got the bikes out
- Munchkin is now riding a pink BMX bike with 20″ tires and streamers
- Peanut is now riding Munchkin’s old 14″ tire bike with the training wheels
- plans for the Volunteer Builders social night and fundraiser are coming together nicely
