KINDER® Canada’s Joy to Share campaign #KinderMoms

April 16, 2012 by Wendy S

The hustle and bustle of our Easter celebrations are coming to a close.  My family doesn’t tend to do things according to what’s on the calendar.

Next weekend we’ll be celebrating Easter and 3 birthdays — two from March and one from April!

I’ll be taking some of my KINDER® Surprises with us for the kids and the kids at heart!  I’m sure my 94 year old Gramma will be truly surprised by what comes out of those eggs!

This year, there is a lot more coming out of those eggs than just toys for my kids.  KINDER® has partnered with the Children’s Miracle Network and are proud to announce their ‘A Joy to Share’ campaign!

As a brand, KINDER® and their ‘A Joy To Share’ campaign, values the time and experiences shared between mother and child – not just around the holidays but all year long. We also recognize that not everyone is as fortunate as we are with healthy kids at home.

The ‘A Joy to Share’ campaign is the KINDER® way of bringing joy to families – especially those in need by partnering with the Children’s Miracle Network.

We have been very fortunate to not need the services supported by the Children’s Miracle Network, but we have friends who have.  We have seen the power of these services which give the children and families the care and support that they need at a time when they need it most.

KINDER® isn’t just asking for donations – they want us, Canadian moms and children, to help support those less fortunate this joyful season and all year long.

Please head over to the Kinder Canada Facebook page and get to know our ‘Hero Moms’ — Moms who have become heros through what they have done for their kids.

My girls have already shown such amazing generosity, that I can only hope that they continue to give to those around them.  And I hope that the Moms, families and children feel the love and support they need from the generous people who are able to donate to the ‘A Joy to Share’ campaign.

March Break is more fun with Kinder Surprises! #KinderMom!!!

March 1, 2012 by Wendy S

I’m very excited to announce that I got accepted into the #KinderMom blogging campaign.  After seeing all of the fun posts from last year, I didn’t want to miss out on this year!
Over the next few months, I’ll share with you the magic of Kinder!

KINDER® has been creating moments of joy for families across Canada for over 30 years. Their staple, the KINDER® SURPRISE® egg, is not only a delicious chocolate treat (made with simple ingredients like high-quality cocoa, real sugar, and a visible milky lining), but is also a toy you and your child can enjoy together. We share KINDER® SURPRISE® eggs to celebrate small victories and special moments… and who doesn’t love another reason to spend some one-on-one time with your LOs?

KINDER® SURPRISE® recently celebrated their official re-launch. It’s the same great, peanut-free chocolate our little ones love, but with new bigger, better, and more playful toys than ever before!

With March Break just around the corner, the KINDER® SURPRISE® eggs that I was sent are going to come in handy to keep my little ones busy!

Since we like to save my vacation days for the summer time when we go camping, I work throughout the week and the girls will spend time with Daddy and/or Grandma and Grandpa.

Since spending that many hours a day with a sibling can be tough, I’ll be able to surprise them with a KINDER® SURPRISE® if they’ve been good!  How fun!

So stick around because I’ll be sharing some more great info on KINDER® Canada and KINDER® SURPRISE®!!
